After reading The Make time book, I went on a tangent of trying out having a Distraction-Free Phone, and what this is, is uninstalling Apps that you feel are distractive on your phone, Apps that you find yourself spending time on when you shouldn’t be. For me, this meant most social media apps(Instagram, Facebook. Twitter), streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Disney +), Browsers (google) other apps like Mail, news. The intention for doing that was to be more productive on my device or cut back on the amount of time I spend on it. The following are apps that can replace the ones regarded as distractive.
